Shipping & Returns
Every tee is printed to order, so nothing ever sells out — here's exactly what to expect after you pay.
Printing and dispatch
Orders are printed within 2–3 business days and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment. You'll get an email as soon as your order is on its way, with a tracking number you can follow on the Track order page.
Delivery times
- UK: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days after dispatch
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Customs and duties
Orders outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by us.
Returns and exchanges
You can return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or a size exchange. UK returns are free — email info@8barent.co.uk with your order number and we'll send a returns label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, misprinted or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund it — no return needed.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, get in touch and we'll open a claim with the carrier and reprint your order.
