Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email your order confirmation. If an item can't be produced we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, which supports Apple Pay and major cards.

Made to order

Items are printed for you after you order. Print colours can vary very slightly between batches and screens; this isn't a fault.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order goes to print — usually within 24 hours. After that, the returns policy applies.

Your right to cancel (UK)

UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and return the item unworn for a refund. This sits alongside our 30-day returns policy, whichever is better for you.

Intellectual property

All artwork, logos and designs are owned by FAMOUS AK and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
